This 16.5 kWp hybrid system has a 26.9 kWh usable energy storage. This system is a combination of solar and battery storage which unlike off-grid systems, is connected to the electricity grid. It offers several advantages to the customer. Namely: it enables energy independence, it stores solar or low cost (off-peak) electricity, it reduces power consumption from the grid, it allows use of solar energy during peak times, it makes power available during a grid outage or blackout like a UPS system and it enables advanced energy management.
