This building houses one of the leading BPO and Call Center entities across Guyana. With expanding operations, the company could not afford to be subjected to blackouts, or fluctuations in power – one of the main reasons the client wished to have independence from the grid. A growing concern for the environment and the cost of electricity also aided in the decision to switch to renewable energy.
The customer’s energy demands were assessed to determine the maximum power usage and a design was made to fit this need. Switching to solar energy allowed the client to greatly reduce their carbon footprint, offset electricity costs and reduce their dependency on the national grid.
